Volume 2, Number 5/6 May/June 1999 To all Watchman Readers: Computer crashes are always a problem, but especially so when dealing with an internet magazine. Both computers which are used to publish Watchman have been down for approximately two weeks. This has unfortunately put a kink in our publication of the June issue. Due to the importance of the information contained in the May issue, the editors have determined that the best course is to leave the May issue up for the month of June, and resume the publication with the July issue.
