Please fill out the form as completely as possible. This will allow us to have the most accurate listing of your congregation. (Note: This service is available only to non-institutional churches of Christ. Please respect this limitation. We reserve the right to refuse any submissions).

We will bill you $10 for this service. This amount will secure your congregation's place on the church listings page for 12 months. This term will commence with the date your entry is uploaded to the site. After 11 months, a bill for the next year will be sent to you. If at any time you wish to be removed from the listings, contact us and your listing will be removed promptly.  We are sorry, but we can not accept any international listings at this time.
